The Timeless Bride Series: Volume 001

101 Large Kitchen Ideas (Photos)

Taking care of the home can be such a great task for every woman.

Let’s list the different areas that need attention in the house:

  • The sitting room,
  • The bedroom,
  • The restrooms,
  •  The kitchen,
  • The children’s room.

It is a lot easier when we start by fixing our own room when we wake up. Immediately we get out of bed, we should tidy our bedding. If the sheets need to be changed, we should pull it off and put it in the laundry basket.

After the morning worship routine, the next place should be the kitchen.

It is very good to start with cleaning the cooker surface and slabs. Using wet wipes makes this task lot easier. Or you could choose to clean your kitchen the last thing before you hit the bed the previous night.

Using wet foam or wet cotton cloths is another option so as to save money but not usually advised for homes that do not have running taps.

Next should be the living/sitting room. Decors, magazines, throw pillows and other displaced items should be properly put. Then we may sweep the floor starting from the bedroom.

The children’s room should be fixed after they have gone to school. Towels, toys, books, bedspread and others should be fixed as appropriately as possible.

All these daily tasks take an average of an hour depending on the size and number of rooms.

Major tasks like scrubbing, washing and decluttering are preferably done on weekends or every fornight so as to save time for the week’s schedule and also to reduce stressing up.

Every woman should manage house chores smartly by categorizing activities daily and weekly.

This helps us not to repeat unnecessary tasks everyday. So, what about you? How do you manage you chores effectively, leave your contribution in the comment below.

Remember that your health matters a lot! Stressing up isn’t exercise! Work smart!

Till when we meet here again insha Allah.
